Adams Avenue Street Fair

John Cressler by John Cressler | 9.28.2010

Dubbing itself one of the largest FREE Music Street Fairs in California the Adams Avenue Street Fair certainly draws in a crowd. With over 100,000 people in attendance at this year's festival, it was somewhat similar to the famed Coachella Valley Music Festival....minus the booze, huge headliners, electronic dance tents, grassy polo fields and celebrity sightings.

What the Adams Avenue Street Fair does offer is the same feeling of weaving through 1000's of concert goers, endless supplies of street food, arts, crafts, carnival rides, 6 stages and over 70 different bands to choose from.

While the Adams Ave Street Fair may not compare to Coachella on a musical level...it is only 2 minutes from my house, I can always buy booze at the 7/11 and best part of all...my dogs are always welcome. Thanks Adams Ave. for a great time this past weekend.
