Influx #2 opened yesterday in Little Italy and the menu is consistent with the original Golden Hill location. Nice. I love their 'croissant melt 1' served open face with black forest ham, melted brie and spicy dijon on a crispy flakey foundation... and for lunch the 'turkey 2' on fresh focaccia does me right.
Today I opted for the granola bowl and I almost sent my body into a state of shock. No melted cheese? Fresh Fruit? Are you sure? Yes, arteries, you may flow freely today.
The interior design is crisp and clean just like the original location. Polished, stylish, ready for business.
